Ingredients

Creamy Base

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 dl crème fraîche

  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crème fraîche, chopped egg and red onion until smooth and well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a serving board.
  3. Spread or pipe the mixture into a decorative “butter board” style pattern.
  4. Top with caviar or seaweed caviar just before serving.
  5. Add lemon wedges for freshness.
  6. Serve immediately with salted crackers or crispy chips.
