Garlic Bread

Crispy golden garlic bread made with bake-off baguette and homemade garlic parsley butter. An easy side dish that pairs perfectly with pasta, soups, dips or appetizer spreads.

Ingredients

Serves 4

Garlic Butter

  • 75 g butter, softened
  • 2–3 garlic cloves, finely grated or minced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt

Bread

  • 1 bake-off baguette

To Serve

  • Extra parsley
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the bake-off baguette package.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic and parsley. Season with a small pinch of salt.
  3. Slice the baguette almost all the way through into even slices.
  4. Spread the garlic butter generously between the slices and on top of the bread.
  5. Bake according to package instructions, or until the bread is golden and crispy and the butter has melted.
  6. Serve warm, topped with extra parsley and optional flaky sea salt.

  • Use room temperature butter for easier spreading
  • Finely grated garlic gives the strongest garlic flavor
