Watermelon Feta Salad

Watermelon Feta Salad

  • 600 g (1.3 lb) watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 150 g (5 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 2–3 tbsp balsamic glaze

  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Arrange the watermelon cubes on a serving platter or in a large bowl.
  2. Crumble the feta evenly over the watermelon.
  3. Scatter the fresh mint leaves on top.
  4. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze.
  5. Finish with freshly ground black pepper or a light drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
