Watermelon & Feta Skewers

Watermelon & Feta Skewers

  • 12 watermelon cubes
  • 12 feta cheese cubes
  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 12 cocktail sticks or toothpicks

Optional

  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • A drizzle of balsamic glaze
  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon and feta into evenly sized cubes.
  2. Place one watermelon cube on each cocktail stick.
  3. Add a cube of feta on top.
  4. Finish with a fresh mint leaf and secure everything with the cocktail stick.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately, or chill until ready to serve.
