Loaded Pork Nachos

A simple and satisfying appetizer with crispy tortilla chips, creamy cheese sauce, grilled pork, fresh tomatoes, sour cream and spring onions. Perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

Serves 4-6

Nacho Base

  • 200 g tortilla chips
  • 250 ml ready-made cheese sauce
  • 300 g grilled pork neck, sliced or chopped

Toppings

  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes, halved
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 dl sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on an oven-safe serving platter or baking dish.
  3. Drizzle the cheese sauce over the chips.
  4. Distribute the grilled pork evenly on top of the cheese sauce.
  5. Bake for 5–8 minutes, or until the pork is heated through and the cheese sauce is warm.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, the cocktail tomatoes and sliced spring onions.
  7. Serve immediately.
