Laab Nachos

Crispy rice paper chips topped with savory laab, crunchy vegetables and roasted peanuts. A spicy, fresh and crispy party snack inspired by Thai street food flavors — perfect for sharing and drinks.

Laab

  • 300 g ground pork
  • 1 package laab seasoning mix
  • 2 handfuls finely shredded pointed cabbage
  • 1 shallot, finely sliced

Toppings

  • Finely diced red bell pepper
  • Finely diced cucumber
  • Chopped peanuts

To Serve

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Rice Paper Chips according to the base recipe.
  2. Cook the ground pork in a frying pan over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the laab seasoning mix according to the package instructions and stir well.
  4. Mix in the shredded pointed cabbage and sliced shallot.
  5. Arrange the crispy rice paper chips on a serving plate and spoon the laab mixture on top.
  6. Finish with finely diced red bell pepper, cucumber and chopped peanuts.
  7. Serve immediately while the rice paper is still crispy.
