Bao Buns
- 6 bao buns
- 300 g breaded chicken
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

- Sweet chili sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the breaded chicken according to the package instructions.
- Steam the bao buns according to the package instructions.
- Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Thinly slice the cucumber and spring onions.
- Fill each bao bun with crispy chicken and cucumber.
