Avocado Cream

Ingredients

Avocado Cream

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1–2 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra silkiness)
  • 1–2 tbsp water (to adjust texture)
  • Salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Add avocado, lime or lemon juice and olive oil to a blender or bowl.
  3. Blend or mash until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add water gradually until you reach a silky, pipeable consistency.
  5. Taste and adjust acidity with more lime or lemon juice if needed.
  6. Spoon or pipe over sushi bites, poke bowls or appetizers just before serving.
